Food Bank Operating Hours
Tuesdays only, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The public Food Bank is closed on all other days and on holidays.
Holiday closures or exceptional schedule changes may be communicated through official announcements on our homepage. Please contact us if you're unsure before travelling to the Food Bank.
Who Can Visit?
Regular Tuesday Food Bank service is open to residents of West Hill and surrounding communities. No referral or advance eligibility approval is required for a general visit.
Completing client registration (see below) is a separate step from being able to attend — it isn't required just to visit.

To complete client registration, please bring government-issued identification and proof of address. You will also be asked to provide information about the number of people in your household.

How Our Food Services Operate
Our regular Tuesday Food Bank service is open to members of West Hill and surrounding communities from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
On other scheduled days, WHCSP provides targeted food support directly to schools and community hubs. These scheduled school and hub services are not open to the general public for walk-in visits.
